Description:
This is an elegant white Burgundy from the Chassagne-Montrachet appellation, showing a refined balance of fruit and mineral energy. The wine comes from several limestone-influenced parcels and is fermented and aged partly in French oak (around 20–25% new) with careful lees contact to enhance texture. It offers citrus and orchard fruit depth with subtle spice and saline tension typical of fine Côte de Beaune Chardonnay.
Food Pairing:
Delicious with seafood dishes like oysters, scallops, or lobster; grilled white fish; poultry in creamy sauces; mushroom risotto; and soft or mild cheeses — foods that complement its acidity, minerality, and refined texture.
