Glenmorangie Lasanta 12 Years Old is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky initially matured in American white oak bourbon casks before being extra matured in Spanish Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. This combination gives the whisky a rich, rounded and warming character, with layers of dried fruit, caramel, chocolate and baking spices balanced by Glenmorangie’s characteristic smoothness.
TASTING NOTES
• Nose - Rich aromas of raisins, sultanas, honey, orange peel and warm spices, with hints of walnut and chocolate.
• Taste - Smooth and full-bodied, with toffee, dark chocolate, dried fruit, orange and cinnamon complemented by nutty sherry notes.
• Finish - Long and warming, with lingering raisins, chocolate, spice and subtle oak.
