Nose – Aromas of lemon zest, white peach, green apple, white flowers, toasted hazelnut, and flinty minerality.
Taste – Rich and concentrated with flavours of citrus, ripe pear, white peach, toasted brioche, subtle vanilla, and pronounced mineral notes, balanced by lively acidity.
Finish – Long, elegant, and persistent with lingering citrus, saline minerality, and delicate oak spice.
